Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Lagos (mainland & island): 2–4 working days
• Other South-West states: 3–5 working days
• South-East & South-South: 4–6 working days
• North (all zones): 5–8 working days
• FCT (Abuja): 3–5 working days

These timelines begin from dispatch, not from order placement. Add 3–7 days for production.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. As a guide:

• Lagos: ₦800 – ₦1,500 per order
• Other states: ₦1,500 – ₦3,500 per order

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₦50,000. Wholesale and bulk orders may have custom shipping rates — your account manager will advise.

Currently, Wordtees delivers within Nigeria only. We're actively working on international shipping to the UK, US, and other diaspora markets.

Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches. If you're in the diaspora and need items urgently, contact us — we may be able to accommodate via a third-party freight forwarder.

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

Once dispatched, we cannot redirect packages. In that case, you'll need to receive the item at the original address or arrange collection from the courier depot.

Because every Wordtees item is printed on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Please use our size guide carefully before ordering.

However, we will replace or refund any item that is:

• Defective or damaged on arrival
• Printed incorrectly (wrong design, colour significantly different)
• The wrong item entirely

Report issues within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Once your return or refund claim is verified (within 24 hours of your report), refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.

Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds typically arrive within 2 working days.

Because items are printed to order, we're unable to offer size exchanges for customer ordering errors. We strongly recommend consulting our detailed size guide before placing an order.

If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose the right fit based on your measurements.

Becoming a creator is free and takes about 10 minutes. Here's how:

• Create a Wordtees account (or log in)
• Visit Sell Your Design and complete your creator profile
• Upload your first design (PNG, SVG, minimum 300 DPI recommended)
• Our curation team reviews it within 24–72 hours
• On approval, your design goes live and starts earning royalties

Creators earn a royalty on every sale. The base rate is 10–20% of the product sale price, depending on the product type and your creator tier.

Wordtees handles printing, fulfilment, customer service, and platform fees — you simply design and earn. Earnings are tracked in real time on your Creator Dashboard.

We accept the following formats:

• PNG — preferred for most designs; must have transparent background
• SVG — ideal for vector/typography designs
• PDF — for complex multi-layer artwork

Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at print size. For a standard tee print area (A4 size), that's roughly 2480 × 3508 pixels. Files under this resolution may be rejected or produce blurry prints.

Designs are reviewed against our content guidelines. Common rejection reasons include:

• Low resolution or poor print quality
• Use of copyrighted material (logos, brand marks, unlicensed fonts)
• Content that doesn't align with our faith-based platform values
• Inaccurate scripture text (especially in local languages)
• Watermarks or visible artefacts from other platforms

You'll receive a rejection reason by email. You can revise and resubmit the design once the issues are resolved.

Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of every month for balances above ₦5,000. You can request a manual payout at any time from your dashboard for balances above ₦10,000.

Payments are made via bank transfer to the Nigerian account you register in your creator profile. Earnings from orders in the return window (14 days) are held pending, then released.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send a reset link within 5 minutes.

Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you still can't access your account, contact our support team with your registered email.

You can request account deletion from Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Please note:

• Active orders will still be fulfilled before deletion is processed
• Creator earnings above ₦5,000 will be paid out before account closure
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We recommend downloading your order history first.

Go to My Account → Settings → Notifications to manage which emails you receive. You can opt out of marketing emails while keeping order and account security notifications (which cannot be disabled).

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/credit cards — Visa, Mastercard (via Paystack)
• Bank transfer — instant bank transfer via your banking app
• USSD — pay via *737# and similar USSD codes
• Pay on delivery — available in Lagos only, subject to item value limits

All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

This is usually a temporary hold by your bank, not an actual debit. Most such holds reverse automatically within 24–72 hours.

If the amount doesn't reverse after 3 days, send us your bank statement showing the transaction alongside your order number at support@wordtees.ng and we will escalate with our payment processor immediately.

Yes. Official invoices and receipts are available from My Account → Orders → View Order → Download Invoice. For corporate or NGO orders, you can request a formal invoice with VAT breakdown by emailing finance@wordtees.ng with your order number and company details.
