How long does delivery take? add

Standard delivery within Lagos takes 2–4 business days. Other states in Nigeria take 3–7 business days. International orders are not currently available.

Can I return or exchange an item? add

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. Because all items are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns due to size choice — please consult our size guide before ordering.

How do I become a creator/seller? add

Click "Sell Your Design" in the navigation. Upload your artwork, fill in the details, and our team reviews it within 48 hours. Approved designs go live immediately and you earn 20% on every sale.

How and when do creators get paid? add

Payouts are processed every two weeks (1st and 15th of each month) via bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000.

What file formats are accepted for designs? add

We accept PNG, SVG, and TIFF files. Minimum 300 DPI, minimum 3000px on the shortest side. PNG with transparent background is preferred. Files over 50MB should be compressed before upload.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it add

Please first check with neighbours and your building reception. If still not found, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier immediately.
